Lemon balm (melissa officinalis): may support colds & flu by encouraging the body to sweat it off & can soothe sore throats. Peppermint (mentha xpiperita): analgesic & antispasmodic, may support coughs & aches from flu. Chamomile German (matricaria recutita) may support nasal mucosa inflammation & aids relaxation. Mullein (verbascum thapsus) contains antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, demulcent, antispasmodic, & expectorant supportive properties. Plantain (plantago major) demulcent, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, & blood-cleansing supportive properties. Instructions:Steep (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for children and infants) (1 teaspoon for adults) in 1 cup of hot water for 8-10 minutes.
