Side Project Gin la Table Saison à la Table is our Table Saison, brewed to be low ABV, but with our use of oak and the richness from our native culture, it has a refined, complex, and deep palate. To finish this beer, we sourced Cucumber Gin barrels for their aromatics and summer-like essence, resting the beer in barrels for 6 months before bottling in November and allowing it additional time to develop before release.
