INEOS Grenadier: SideStep Gen 2 — Stainless Steel Folding Roof Access Step Extended Fold-Out Foot · Stainless Steel · Spring-Lock Mechanism · Set of 2 · No Drilling Gen 2 New extended-foot design 304 SS Stainless steel construction 10 min Per side install A better foothold for getting above your Grenadier. SideStep Gen 2 upgrades our hinge-mounted roof access step with stainless-steel construction and an all-new fold-out extended foot. Deploy the main step, fold out the extension, and you get a larger footing area designed to make climbing, standing, and working around the roof feel more secure. When you're finished, the extended foot folds back into the step and the complete assembly stows against the vehicle. It mounts directly to the rear door hinge bolts with no drilling or permanent modification. Extended foot · Larger footing area Stainless steel · Gen 2 construction Hinge bolt mount · No drilling required Spring-lock · Stowed and deployed Set of 2 · Driver + passenger side What's New in Gen 2 Fold-Out Extended Foot The defining Gen 2 upgrade. A secondary foot section folds outward from the main step to create a larger standing area. The added surface gives your boot more room and provides a more secure footing when reaching, loading gear, or working around the roof. Stainless Steel Construction Gen 2 moves to stainless steel for improved corrosion resistance and long-term durability in an exterior component routinely exposed to rain, mud, road spray, snow, and off-road conditions. Key Features Extended Footing Surface Fold out the Gen 2 foot extension when you need more room. The expanded standing surface gives you more usable space under your boot for better footing while accessing the roof. Stainless Steel Construction Built from stainless steel for the demanding environment of an exterior vehicle step, with excellent resistance to corrosion from weather, road spray, mud, and repeated outdoor use. Precision Fit for the Grenadier Mounts directly to the rear door hinge bolt pattern — no drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle. Direct bolt-on fitment uses the existing hinge interface. Spring-Locked in Both Positions Low-profile when folded. The spring-loaded locking mechanism holds the main step in both its stowed and deployed positions. Compact When Stowed. Extended When You Need It. Position 1 Stowed The complete assembly folds against the vehicle when not in use, maintaining a compact profile. Position 2 Step Deployed Fold down the primary SideStep for quick roof access.
