The history of the Sidecar Cocktail is somewhat desputed, but it's believed to have been created in the early 1920’s as it became popular in London and Paris around this time. Whil e a classic Sidecar recipe typically calls for brandy or cognac, this one is made with Idle Assembly Premium Aged Rum. 100ml. Contains Idle Assembly Rum, Triple Sec and lime juice.
