Wines are made at their state-of-the-art winery by the highly acclaimed Darryl Catlin, who was previously a winemaker at Shaw and Smith. The 2022 Sidewood Adelaide Hills Shiraz is crafted from twelve distinct estate-grown clones, which were matured in French oak for 18 months. The result is a brilliant example of the popular style, which is already receiving widespread praise for its quality and value-for-money. A beautifully aromatic and approachable Shiraz with impressive depth of flavour, the palate is packed with juicy blackberry, dark cherry and pomegranate flavours.
