The central mechanism creates a perfect tension balance between the shoe's internal and external side. The symmetrical mechanism guarantees an excellent closure adapting to all insteps. INTEGRATED HEEL CUP: integrated and lightweight, reinforced to avoid deformations after prolonged efforts and pressures. Anatomically shaped, it stabilizes the foot while pedalling. Put a piece of paper on the floor and mark the following points.2. Mark the point in front of the tip of your longest toe and then mark the heel point for both left and right3. Measure the distance between the heel mark and the toe mark. Record the cm/mm measurement and compare to the size guide chart for the suggested size. Use the size of the larger foot, most people will have slight difference between the left and right foot.
