The bottles were designed to be reused. If all 6 bottles are saved and returned we will reuse them for the following year. ↓ MATERIALS Apples - from century old trees of no known varietals from Tesuque NM Native yeasts - from the apple skins and those present in the atmosphere on our ranch Glass bottles - fermented in glass and aged in glass under ground in our root cellar ↓ PROCESS Hand harvested and pressed Fermented slowly in glass Nothing added aside from pressed apple juice ↓ CONSUMING Store in a stable place for as long as possible before opening Chill as much as possible Open slowly and in a bowl Pour anything the fizzled out back into the bottle Share with loved ones Return bottles to / shed
