The Signature 36 includes a size 0 traditional mop brush by @tintorettobrushes and comes in a handmade linen bag. Featuring YInMn blue, an exclusive new bright blue pigment that achieves pure color tones that were previously inaccessible on the color wheel, dark blue between ultramarine blue and cobalt. This mixed oxide pigment is made from the very expensive rare earth Yitrium (Y), the extremely rare semi-metal Indium (In) and Manganese (Mn) and is the most recent of the big new pigment discoveries. The Signature Collection now includes Transparent red oxide (PR101)! A warm rusty orange/ sienna color perfect for adding layers and light to earth tones. Mix this moderately granulating red oxide with ultramarine blue for dramatic sky washes or modify sap green in landscapes to achieve rich moody greens. Transparent red oxide will be replacing Quinacridone red gold (P048), which is no longer being manufactured. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet. Handmade watercolor set of twenty four individually wrapped half pans in a metal tin with two mixing surfaces and color chart printed on Arches watercolor paper. The Signature 36 handmade watercolor set is packaged with original marbled paper by a Florentine artisan workshop and comes inside an elegant gift box. A. Gallo Colors are 100% handmade. Pans may contain small imperfections like tiny bubbles and minor blemishes. This does not affect the quality of the paint and is a sign of the human touch that goes into making each and every unique pan!
