Silastic™ Thixo Additive is an additive that makes silicone thicker and easier to apply in a paste form. It's particularly useful for brushing on skin moulds, as well as for vertic al and in-situ applications. It is compatible with the Silastic range and our ArtTV Silicone, and generally, 2-3% by weight of the catalysed silicone is a minimum addition. If thicker mixes are required, simply add more to suit. As a guide: 20g for 1kg silicone 150g for 5kg silicone 500g for 20kg silicone The shelf-life of this product is 30 months. Show more
