The warmer uses a PID controller for more precise temperature control than standard crock pot-style heaters, with a working range of 75 to 125ºC. SILCA recommends heating to 125ºC to speed up melting, then reducing to 75ºC for waxing. The vented clear lid helps retain heat while letting you check when the wax is fully melted.
