70 cl, ABV 43% Silent Pool Gin is made on the Albury Estate in the Surrey Hills, directly next to the Silent Pool, a lovely, enigmatic spring-fed lake. A subtle sweetness and nuanc ed balance arise from the gin’s 24 botanical ingredients, which also include makrut lime, chamomile, local honey, and lavender. While cardamom and juniper give it a spicy edge, violet, lavender, and lime leaf offer floral aromatics. Orange blossom, chamomile, and elderflower are all present. On the palate, there is a warm honey sweetness and a hint of black pepper. In the end, flavours of honey-rich vanilla linger.
