75cl, 11% vol Our flagship Silent Pool Rosé was served on the Royal Barge to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. A blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes, it is a beautifu lly elegant, dry rosé with subtle summer fruit 'strawberry and cream' flavours. It should be served chilled and is ideal as an aperitif or for alfresco dining. Featured as part of Oz & Tom's English Wine Heroes 2026! "Lively coral pink rosé. Fresh but richly textured. Packed with red apple skin, juicy red berry and scented with rosehips. Reflects the fabulous sunny conditions of the Summer of 2025. Moreish saline finish". Oz Clarke and Tom Surgey Silent Pool is a lake of crystal clear water adjacent to the vineyard. Natural filtration leaves the water completely clear with a lovely blue-green colour. According to local legend, a beautiful young maiden drowned there, escaping from the clutches of King John, and now haunts the Silent Pool. Suitable for vegetarians.
