Remove both sides of the release film. Apply the adhesive border to the skin surrounding the injured area (note: the absorbent pad should cover the wound completely). Secure the dressing to the skin. Do NOT stretch it. Gently press into the dressing for at least 30 seconds to activate its adhesive properties.
