Silk is a framed original acrylic painting by Nick Purser. Up close this painting strongly resembles silk fabric. An accident of the technique of drawing the paint across the canva s to produce these organic shapes. One happy accident is the woman at bottom right looking across the canvas as if deep in thought.Overall framed dimensions: 64 x 64cms, 3.2cms in depth. The frame is an elegant antique gold ‘floating’ frame with a 5mm space between the canvas and frame edge. Canvas dimensions: 61cms x 61cms, 1.8cms in depth. Stretched 380g canvas.
