This is a water-based makeup, it has a creamy consistency and it does not require water to activate making i t very easy to use; it is ideal for hospital painting and fast economical face painting. F-X Makeup comes in a variety of high pigment colors including fluorescent ones that will help you create amazing face and body designs for any occasion. To Use: Squeeze a small amount of creamy paint on a flat clean surface and dip brush or sponge then apply to the face and body. The creams apply to the skin smoothly and can be blended nicely.
