Instructor: Csilla Ekes Once you've taken our bezel set pendant and textured rings classes, this is the perfect next step! You will review the steps to make a ring and then create the bezel setting to solder to the ring. Next steps will be finishing and polishing with a flex-shaft motor and setting the cabochon. Don't forget to sign your work with a diamond bur! Students will choose from a handmade glass or a stone cabochon for bezel setting. The teacher will offer work in progress demonstrations as well as technical tips and tricks. Students will be expertly guided through every step! Tools and materials are provided for the class (including sterling silver plate, bezel wire and wire for one ring) Prerequisites for this silversmithing class are the ring class and the bezel set pendant class.
