Choosing a size is best done by using a fabric measuring tape or a piece of yarn/ribbon/etc... to wrap closely around your wrist, snug but not super tight. Once you have the measurement of your wrist, subtract 3/4 inch up to 1 1/4 inch to get your cuff size.
