With our French Roast decaf you no longer have to forfeit flavor for a good decaf. We use only the highest quality high-grown coffees from Central America and Indonesia for Silver Falls. The length and heat demanded for this type of roast present a challenge to the roaster; the quality of the bean and the roaster’s skill stand up to such a challenge. Silver Falls is surprisingly satisfying with its smooth and warm nut and chocolate overtones, a bit of smoke, and slight sweet tobacco undertones.
