Silver Mist is a glorious white tea from the Snow Mist Organic Tea Estate on Lala Mountain in Taiwan. At 1,500 meters this misty farm is filled with living tea trees. For thirty-fi ve years, Master Zhang Zhengyi has made excellent organic teas in his own unique ways. We are honored to carry some of his tea. It is all made in small batches and is expensive, since the whole farm only produces a small amount each year. Silver Mist is rich, clean and pure, offering a bright, floral aroma and a purifying, upward Qi that is light and very Yin. It is very patient and perfect for meditation, thriving leaves in a bowl.
