A breath of Spring in your cup! Carefully plucked in late March when the first buds appear, the aroma is sweet and brings to mind early spring flowers. The brew is a light almond c olor with little astringency and a sweet aroma that fills your entire mouth. The aftertaste lingers gently . Very very enjoyable. Limited quantity. Brewing Instructions Use 1 slight tablespoon of tea per 6 ounces of water. Bring water to 185° F. Pour over leaves; steep for 2 minutes. Remove leaves from tea. Enjoy!
