Chromoflex Silver Reflective Series Also known as mirror tint, silver reflective film works by reflecting the solar energy before it transmits through the glass. Basically, the darker and shinier the film is, the more it reflects solar energy. Two popular shades, 15% and 35%, offer both optimal heat reflectance and a mirror-like appearance that is suitable for commercial and residential applications. Furthermore, the dry adhesive system makes the product forgiving and easy to work during installation compared to pressure sensitive adhesive systems.
