Get making and explore silversmithing techniques with copper during this hands-on jewellery taster workshop in our newly kitted out studio (for ages 16+). Use silversmithing techniques to create different textures and hammer marks and learn how to achieve different finishes and patinas. Suitable for complete beginners, you will be given guidance all the way through from initial design to making and finishing. Your tutor Rachael is an established maker and illustrator with a PGCert in Creative Education and has taught in a University setting for over 25 years, specialising in 3D Art & Design including contemporary craft and jewellery. Where: Form and Findings Studio is Studio 4, in the Stables at Coda Music & Arts Trust. There is easy parking on site with disabled spaces and access if required.
