IMPORTANT NOTE: I need to add "tasks" we jump on an online session, i show them some things and give them a task. For example corner entry they turn in too early. I need to explain this in a video which is treated like a task where they can watch the video and then try it for themselves. I can go into detail on specific problems which people have such as tyrone - shoutout - who had a habit of turning in early, pointing towards the corner rather than maxmising space on track, meaning he is messing up his line on entry. I can do a good few of these. I will list some now. I could call these 'habit breakers' I can introduce the videos by immediately showing the habit and calling it out.
