You are looking at computer game SimCity 2000. SimCity 2000 is the successor to the ground breaking city simulation game Sim City. You are once again the mayor, but this time you can fully customize the terrain before building your city. The graphics are isometric, whereas the original had graphics displayed in a top-down fashion. SimCity 2000 adds numerous features over the original such as the ability of building 'light' zones, subways, hospitals, colleges, zoos, and arcos which are actually cities in cities. You can now give names to places, and your city is surrounded by neighbouring towns with which you can make trade. Finally, instead of the poll in the first game you now have the option of reading several newspapers to get an idea of your progress. Features: * Scenario challenges include the 1991 Oakland fire, unemployment in Flint, Michigan, and Hurricane Hugo hits Charleston * A multi-level interface makes SimCity 2000 easy to control-but with added depth just below the surface, waiting until you're ready for it * Schools, hospitals, universities, libraries, museums, parks, zoos, stadiums, marinas, prisons, and more are yours to build! * Imports saved cities from SimCity and SimCity Classic. Suggested system requirements: 100MHz, 16MB RAM. Might require an emulator such as DOSbox to run on newer computers - but I will provide assistance on getting this set up if required :) Publisher: Maxis Genre: Simulation Released: 1996 *** Comes with just the disc in a case with the cover as in the picture, which I think is just a cut-out from the box.
