How To Install Adhesive using 3M Adhesion Promoter 1. Clean the area with dry cloth. Make sure there are no dusts. 2. Use the alcohol pad to thoroughly clean the surface. 3. Apply the adhesion promoter on clean surface. Let it dry for 30-90 seconds. 4. Press and hold the 3M Adhesive tape on the applied surface for 20 seconds 5.
