The joint ingredient is rosehip — a plant-derived alternative to the glucosamine and shellfish-derived compounds most joint products rely on, which matters if you would rather not feed those. The base is sainfoin, which offers unique support to the hindgut, with cooked full fat linseed pushing oil to 11–13% for Omega 3. Sugar sits under 3% and starch under 4%, low enough to suit an older horse with PPID or Cushing's — a common combination with stiffness, and one where most joint feeds are ruled out on sugar alone. Feeding Introduce gradually over a week, as with any new feed. Feed 100g per 100kg ideal (not actual) bodyweight per day, divided between two feeds — 500g daily for a 500kg horse. Quick soaking: use 2 to 2.5 parts water to 1 part feed.
