Belgian Dubbel brewed with dates and aged in oak with a wild yeast culture for 12 months. The core elements of the original beer - fruity Belgian esters, honey malt and dried fruit - are elevated to new heights with the addition of fruity funk and notes of oak and dry sherry. Chestnut brown in colour, on the nose thereÕs ripe banana, dried fruit, cake mixture and a boozy tang. Restrained notes of brett funk mingle with honey and dates.
