Simplex 2190-9173 — MAPNET II two-point I/O module with one supervised input and one control relay output. It lets a single MAPNET II channel watch a dry contact and drive a relay from one sealed enclosure. A typical use is damper control with feedback: the relay issues the command while the monitor point reads a position switch. Power comes from the MAPNET II pair, so no separate 24 VDC run is needed, and the two points can be associated or programmed independently. Two sequential addresses: the even one is the supervised IAM input, the odd one the control ZAM output Consumes two device loads Input takes normally open dry contacts only, reporting open, normal and short Relay output 2 A @ 30 VDC resistive, 1 A inductive; 1/2 A @ 120 VAC non-power limited 4-1/8" H × 4-1/8" W × 1-3/8" D; fits a 4" square box, 2-1/8" minimum depth 0° C to 49° C indoor; for MAPNET II equipped 4100, 4120 and 4020 panels Do not accept 2190-9172 instead: that is a single-point supervised IAM with no relay. The 2190-9163 and 2190-9164 Control Relay ZAMs give DPDT contacts but need separate 24 VDC and offer no input.
