This machine is fitted with its original 220v motor that has been rewound to work at 110 voltage; you will simply be able to plug it in and begin sewing without an electrical converter. (Technically and originally named by Singer, the color of this machine is called "Pale Turquoise", however it is more commonly known as the Celery or White colored Featherweight. But, as you can tell from the lighting, the color changes depending upon its surroundings.) EY088*** indicates an original production commission date of around 1967-1969 and is given a Grade 8-.
