Singing Brook is a gorgeous fresh, organic Baozhong tea from Pinglin in Taiwan. It is a very light oolong. You can brew this tea like any lightly-oxidized oolong tea. It responds w ell to gongfu, sidehandle and leaves in a bowl. It is floral and extremely fragrant, with a nice upward moving Qi that is light and purifying.
