To help prevent scuffing during transit, particularly on black matt and pearl finish gift boxes, we recommend using the polybag supplied with the flat-packed gift box as a protective buffer layer between the assembled gift box lid and the mailing carton. For larger coverage, the polybag can be slit along two sides to create a protective wrap around the gift box.
