Now available from PMD Way are these useful latching relay modules. A latching configuration only needs a low pulse to change between open and closed. The module's relay is single- pole, double throw and can handle 250VAC at 10A or 30VDC at 10A. A button is fitted to the module for easy switching access, or you can use the included cable, simply short the two wires to switch the relay - or use your own button circuitry that has a pull-up resistor. If power consumption is important to you, please note that this board uses a standard relay with an external latching circuit - so current will be continuously drawn when the relay is on. The module's control circuitry requires either 5V, 12V or 24V DC. Select your required operating voltage using the options menu. We also offer latching relays for use in your own PCBs.
