This listing is for custom dtf prints. You need to send your image by emailing me at [email protected] SUBJECT WITH ORDER # OR RESPONDING TO ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. They must be print ready. I will not adjust, resize, or gang for you. This must be ready to go. I do not cut prints above on single or gang sheet. They will be rolled unless you order one well of course it would be by itself. Files need to be ready 300 DPI, high resolution, transparent background and png files only. I am not responsible for pixelation due to files or quality for the prints due to not submitting correct files. Please do not send something that is a thin font, or thin design. DTF does not work properly if it does not have thick font/design to adhere to and cure properly. This causes issues when pressing. Color can be slightly different. Designers design in RGB and we print DTF as CMYK form Do not mirror your files. If you are submitting files that are all white I highly suggest not mixing it with files of full color. We can put an extra coat of white behind the white so no transparent or garment migration. If you do not do this we will lightly coat the back of your prints and you risk having this occur. We will not coat the back of the color with extra white so no heavy plasticy print. NO refunds will be given for poor quality of your prints. This is a file issue. I will take responsibility for issues on our side but not issues with files/ or print ready gang sheets. Please make sure you double check your work. You will receive a store credit Please note a mock up is a mock up for a reason. It may look different from computer to screen/dtf transfer. DTF does not print glow effect or true neon colors DO NOT SEND TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT, POLITICAL, INSPIRED /FAN ART OR ANYTHING THAT A DESIGNER DOES NOT ALLOW THIRD PARTY PRINTING. I WILL GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT OR ALLOW YOU TO SWAP IMAGE(s). NO REFUND. I am not liable for files you submit if you do not hold proper licensing and I print. This is your responsibility to make sure you send non trademark / copyright/ political / inspired / or fan art files. Ensure that the designer allows for 3rd Party printing and or obtain a proper commercial license.
