Handmade at our shop in Pennsylvania, this hive requires minimal assembly and can be painted or treated to your liking. Unlike most observation hives, this simple design is lightweight and easy to transport. With ventilation on the top and bottom, secure plexiglass windows and a solid rotating Lazy Susan base, you can safely display your bees in style. Base attaches to the hive with the (2) provided wing nuts Fits a standard deep Langstroth frame White pine (may have small tight knots) 360 degree rotation Safe for bees for a full day of display (we always recommend choosing a frame that has some food on it to be safe!)
