I can help you hold the bigger spaces often needed for relational traumas and old patterns of being human that are wanting to move forward. We'll bring together the wisdom of your past, fully aware of all that is going on with you now and connect to your own sense of thriving around an issue. All content that might come up in a Focusing Session is always 100% confidential. Sessions are 60 min, generally we meet on Zoom video.
