A rare opportunity to secure a bottle of the limited numbers of our very first batch of whisky. These sold in record time and we have very few bottles left for collectors. This approachable and balanced whisky is hand-crafted with Australian barley, corn and rye, then aged in creamy ex-bourbon casks with a hefty char. Notes of butterscotch, golden syrup and candied walnuts deliver a velvety mouthfeel that gives way to crisp apple and a rye spice finish. Each sip carries the echoes of its origins - the soil, the air, the essence the land it comes from. As you pour a glass we invite you to pause, to reflect, and to share the experience with those who matter most. This whisky is meant to be shared, creating lasting memories, one dram at a time. Our distillery, nestled on the southern shores of New South Wales, has crafted its first whisky — a spirit that embodies time, place, and passion. It is a drink born of quiet mornings, golden sunsets, and the rhythm of nature. This whisky is more than just a creation; it's a testament to the moments we've cherished, the knowledge passed down through generations, and the love we've poured into each drop. Each sip carries the echoes of its origins — the soil, the air, the very essence of the land it comes from. As you pour a glass, we invite you to pause, to reflect, and to share the experience with those who matter most. This whisky is meant to be savoured together, creating lasting memories, one toast at a time.
