Sumatran Raja Toba is grown around Lake Toba, Indonesia, the caldera of an ancient volcano whose catastrophic eruption some 71,000 year ago was possibly the largest eruption in human history and plunged the earth into an ice age. The area is now known for producing excellent coffee. This selection really shines and is roasted darker than we usually roast our single origins, so if you've been looking for a full bodied coffee with deep flavor, this is it.
