Five smooth, buttery, salty-sweet caramels, all encased in our creamy Tumaco, Colombia chocolate, showcase the distinctive aromas of five globally sourced natural sugars. Though the sugars are derived from just two plants — sugarcane and palm trees — their remarkable flavor range is a testament to centuries-old refinement methods.Since we began making chocolate in 2010, we’ve sought to highlight the nuanced tasting notes of diverse cocoa origins. For our Single-Origin Caramel Collection, Head Chocolatier Nicholas and our Confections team apply that same philosophy to diverse sugars. They use classic technique, exceptional ingredients (including local Straus organic cream and butter), and one base recipe to transform five unique sugars into five silky-smooth Caramels — with flavors ranging from delicate, floral honey, to deep, complex vanilla and molasses notes.
