How to Measure: To find the correct size for your elbow sleeves, measure the circumference of your arm just above the elbow joint but below the bicep. Make Sure You're Measuring Correctly: Keep your arm relaxed and slightly bent at a 70° angle. Measuring with a fully straight arm can result in a smaller measurement, leading to a size that’s too tight. Use a flexible measuring tape and ensure it’s snug but not overly tight. Refer to our size chart and select the size that aligns with your measurement. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or down for a tighter, more compressive fit. It adds strength and helps maintain the shape of the sleeve. Spandex (or Elastane): Used for its stretchability, allowing the sleeve to fit snugly while still allowing for a full range of motion. Spandex helps the sleeve conform to the elbow and stay in place during activity. Avoid throwing or dropping the sleeves when removing, as this can cause damaged. How to clean elbow sleeves: You can either use a washing machine or hand wash as long as cold water is utilised/low temperature wash.
