This is similar to the RDC rig. I switch the velcro to gear ties. The ties are quiet and more versatile when managing different lengths of shock tube in a sleeve. The ties also mak e managing the spent shock tub after the charge is initiated. Keeps the shock tube out from under your guys feet and you don't have to struggle with a nest of shock tub in the back of armor. No Tape!
