Includes one 3" x 3" square of walnut, which has been blackened. Walnut is a dense, tight-grained hardwood. Its coloring can range from light to dark brown, and its density makes i t strong and durable. Our walnut is always locally sourced. Blackening: this sample is finished with a black stain.
