This will help avoid tunneling.• Always trim your wick to 1/4" before candle is lit each time to avoid any soot.• Place candle on a heat resistant surface or candle tray, and away from flammable objects. Protect the surface on which the candle is placed.• Keep candles away from drafts to ensure a clean burn. For safety, do not leave candles unattended at any time.• Discontinue burning and upcycle the glass when a 1/4" of wax is remaining of the candle. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.You will receive the exact item as a replacement.
