Sinsaenum is a powerhouse death metal supergroup forged in 2016 by Frédéric Leclercq (ex-DragonForce, Kreator) and the legendary Joey Jordison (ex-Slipknot). Combining the feroci ty of death metal with the darkness of black metal, the band features an elite lineup including vocalists Attila Csihar (Mayhem) and Sean Zatorsky (Dååth). In 2021, the metal world was shaken by the untimely passing of Joey Jordison, a visionary force behind the band’s sound. Despite the loss, Sinsaenum’s legacy continues to burn fiercely, a testament to the genre-defying spirit they helped ignite.The 10 new tracks that make up In Devastation, mixed by German audio wizard Lasse Lammert, are an electric force of aggression. Many of the key sonic attributes from albums one and two remain, but there are areas of growth that will excite and perhaps even surprise even their most ardent and well-versed fans. “This album is more out there and explores many kinds of new sounds for us.
