Snake jewels take many forms, this lovely Victorian ring is a sinuous coiled serp ent with sparkling diamond eyes, with a graduated trio of old cut diamonds going down the head. A wide, heavy band with an abundance of coils, 18k yellow gold, circa 1860, .55tcw diamonds. Details..... Currently a size 8. The ring measures 16.6mm at the front and 9.3mm at the back.
