Our Sinus Steam is a must have for cold and flu season. Our respiratory tract is the coldest part of our body, because of the constant air intake. That makes it the perfect location for a virus. Think about a fever, the body is trying to make the body warmer to slow pathogens, and make the home less comfortable. We can mimic this idea by using an herbal steam. This is a really good option for getting rid of a virus before it begins. During COVID season, I would recommend doing this anytime you come home from an outing. This steam comes in a 1.5oz bag which provides multiple servings. Use: Boil a medium pot of water. Remove from heat and place on a heat safe location. Lean over the pot and put a towel over your head (to keep the steam around your face). When you are ready, put 1/2 cup of the loose leaf sinus steam blend into the pot.
