Steiff's Sir Edward Teddy Bear heads up an aristocratic collection of bears for 2013. His style has come from the Baroque period that started in the 17th Century - an era of over-the-top drama and luxury. Sir Edward has both! Sir Edward is made from a unique mohair, batik-dyed an old gold shade. He has beige felt paw pads and a hand-stitched nose with a pale highlight. He wears a dupion silk waistcoat with golden buttons. His outer coat is a wonderful luxurious black and gold jacquard fabric, with decorative golden buttons. He is completed with lace cuffs and a lace jabot around his neck.
