Kolan cheese is a true Gligora classic and the oldest cheese of the Gligora Creamery, created in 1996. This outstanding hard cheese is made from 100% cow's milk. Although inspired by the traditional Trappist, Kolan cheese has evolved into a unique category, keeping its name and recognisable visual identity – the label featuring the little church of St. Jerome from the Kolanje field.
