Hailing from the rugged landscapes where the mountain air meets the Adriatic sea, Sir Velebjan is a premium hard cheese that captures the strength and spirit of the Velebit mountai n range. This exceptional cheese is crafted from a precise blend of goat’s and sheep’s milk, offering a rich, full-bodied flavor that satisfies the most demanding connoisseurs. The sheep's milk provides an aromatic depth and a hint of Mediterranean saltiness, while the goat's milk ensures a balanced, rounded creaminess. Aged with care in the Gligora dairy, Velebjan boasts a firm, crystalline texture and a complex savory profile. It is the perfect companion for stronger Dalmatian red wines, honey, or a simple slice of rustic sourdough bread. Show more
