Sirene is a biannual magazine that loves the ocean. From literature, history, travel and adventure, its pages are filled with everything and anything relating to the sea, its conne ction with humanity and the personal connections we feel to it. What grabbed us about this issue... In this issue we enjoyed learning about the shipwreck of San José and its story of archaeological discovery. Following the adventures of canoeists in Taiwan was an exciting read or if you fancy something more accessible, there is a fascinating discussion of Herman Melville's Moby Dick. Who is Sirene for?
