Pack: 1 full steak, cut in half | Cut 1" thick | Vacuum sealed The sirloin doesn't get the same attention as a ribeye but it probably should. Lean, flavorful, and more versatile th an any other steak on the animal. Throw it on the grill whole and slice it against the grain for a table full of people. Marinate it and slice it thin for fajitas. Cut it into strips for a stir fry. It takes to seasoning well and holds up to high heat without falling apart. Grill or cast iron over high heat, 3-4 minutes a side for medium rare. However you're using it, slice against the grain — it makes a real difference on a leaner steak.
